Just about everyone has gone through a break up at some point in their life. Good relationship advice on breaking up is hard to find.

You might think that a couple that has been together for years would have something to offer,Relationship Advice on Breaking Up Articles but what would they actually know about breaking up? Those that do have experience with bad relationships are often too embarrassed to share their advice.

The people we want to seek out and get advice from are those who have gone through a break up, figured out what didn’t work and ending up being able to repair their relationship and move on. Again, these are the people we want to seek advice from. But you have to be willing to do what it takes to make this happen.

Taking the emotion out of the break up is paramount in getting back with your ex. In order for this to happen, you must get some distance in the relationship. This may be one of the hardest things to accept. People want the relationship to get back to where it was as fast as possible. But forcing the relationship is only going to make things worse and waste your time.

Are you staying true to keeping your distance? What do you do after the cool off period? Figure out why the relationship ended in the first place. You cant get back together until you discover what the problem was and fix it. This is not the time to play the blame game. May be neither one of you are at fault. Could it be that you just drifted apart or took each other for granted.

Now you have figured out what went wrong. This is the time when you are going to call your ex and set and appointment to meet. Don’t get crazy here. Only bring up the break up, if they do first. You are trying to rebuild something and rebuilding takes time. The last thing you want to do is push your ex away too fast.
