How to Select and Remove Multiple Messages in Yahoo Mail

There might be numerous reasons that you may want to delete emails from your Yahoo Mail. The reason can be anything from Full Inbox, Spam Emails, to simply re-arranging your folders. Steps to Select and Remove Multiple Messages in Yahoo Mail   

1.) Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account and go to the message folder from which you want to remove emails.

2.) Under the folder, select the first message that you want to start deleting from by clicking the checkbox located before the email.

3.) Once selected, now scroll down to the last email till which you want to delete the emails. Press and hold the Shift key on your key board and click the checkbox of the last email. You will notice that all the emails between the first selected and the last selected emails have also been selected.

4.) Now, simply click the Delete icon located at the top of your Yahoo Mail page. All the message will get deleted.

5.) Similarly, if you are looking to delete all the emails from a particular sender which you think is sending spam to you, you can do this by following these steps:

• Enter the email address of the sender in the search bar of your Yahoo Mail page. Click Search Mail All the emails from that particular email address will be displayed in the result.
• Now, if the emails are in multiple numbers, you can follow the above-mentioned steps (1 to 4) to remove the messages from your Yahoo Mail account.
• Moreover, if you want, you can also stop receiving spam from such sender by blocking their email address under Settings > Blocked Address > add email address in Add an Address field > click Block > click Save.
