In high-level card games,Playing Hartenjagen with a Smile Articles such quirks and mannerisms can be seen as a VERY HUGE disadvantage. In fact, many “serious” players cover up their faces with caps, hoods, and sunglasses when they play in tournaments or play for big money.

However, some “radical” players like to put the “psychology” of card games like Hartenjagen at the center of their strategy. To them, quirks and mannerism are all the key factors that determine whether their strategies will succeed or fail. These players take full advantage of the fact the most if not all players have their own quirks and mannerisms and use that to psych out their opponents.

Sadly, it takes a keen eye to notice the small subtle changes on a player’s face as a big time game of Hartenjagen goes on. It takes even more experience and psychoanalysis to figure out what sort of cards the player has every round. But luckily, in casual games, quirks and mannerisms are so much easier to spot. In a casual game of Hartenjagen where there are no stakes and everyone plays for fun, everyone lets their guard down every now and then. In casual games even a novice player can make use of quirks and mannerisms to win a game.

Some of the more common mannerisms people tend to exhibit when possessing a great hand for Hartenjagen range from something simple like having a big smile on their face to something really obvious quirks like talking too much. If you’ve been reading them correctly you’ll find that you’ll be in the lead 80% of the time. However, it is important to note that if you’re playing against people you haven’t played before, you’ll need a few rounds before you could get a feel on your opponents.

But on the other hand, playing Hartenjagen against people you haven’t played before can become a huge advantage for you. How? By opting to deceive them with your own fake quirks and mannerisms. To do this, you first need to be consistent during the first few rounds. For example, you can show a big smile every time you have the queen of spades or a lot of hearts. Do this for the first few rounds then quickly change your mannerism by showing the big smile when you DON’T have the queen of spades or a lot heart. This way, you get to throw your opponents off their game and come out of the game victorious, it’s that simple!
