Although the money it’s a big part inside of the process of financial planning, it exists something else that’s more important than that. We’re talking about the “big star” of the day which are the companies that works on the market.

Just like a plane on the sky they are the center of everything that happen when the world it’s talking about global economy. As well (from their point of view) everything that involves the economists and their work (specially when they have to share market tips with other people) will take off of the surface to begin its path in the “flight of the actions”. But our question is: What does that mean?

It’s not that difficult as it seems. When a company wants to get more money,Rise And Fall Of BIG Corporations Articles either to be more succesfull or also to develop a new product or even to start a new project with their partners, they place their actions on the Stock Exchange, so then other people can buy them. But it’s not that fast. That depends on how’s the market on that moment and how high is the value of the money at that time. It takes some time until they sell the actions. They just have to wait. It’s a matter of time.

The best part of this it’s that they can be bought by a BIG corporation or by a simple citizen who wants to save money for the future and don’t want to put it in a bank. It’s a different way to think on how we will be in the next few years.

So when the things start to get a little bit better (when they start to get money) both of them win what they wanted at the beginning. But everything can’t be fine all the time, ¿right? So our question is: What happen when the companies lose all what they got and go into bankruptcy?

It’s sad to see it. But it’s the truth. If a company didn’t buy their actions, they will not be winning money and all of their projects can’t be a reality ‘cause they will not have what it takes to make it happen.
Eventually, if that persists, no one will be winning anything (not even those corporations or the citizens who bought the actions) and the companies have to make the decisión of bankruptcy. That means that they can’t stay on the market because they can’t operate on it as the rest of the companies.

It’s a chain of acts that we should understand a little bit more to know what happens when the things don’t are as we want to.
