Build muscle in seven minutes? Is this guy crazy,7 Minute Muscle Review: Is This Program Misleading? Articles or what? A seven minute workout is going to add muscle mass to your body? Who's he kidding, anyway?

The premise that Jon Benson used for his workout product 7 Minute Muscle is that you can build muscle using exercise increments of seven minutes apiece. If you don't have hours each week to spend working out in a gym, and you want to use the time you have to work judiciously on building up your chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs etcetera, then this program might be something you may wish to seriously consider. If nothing else, it may save you time in the gym while helping you to develop and strengthen targeted muscle groups.

Jon spent over three years researching and developing this concept, which seeks to answer one simple question: "How can you get the most results in the least amount of time from your weight lifting workout?" The result of his study and application of the techniques outlined is his 7 Minute Muscle body building system. However, one other question remains: Is the hype surrounding the seven minute concept of this system misleading?

Once you look more deeply into the program, you learn that it can be divided into three different levels of workouts. There's a 7 minute workout, a 14 minute workout, and a 21 minute workout. The choice is yours. So, in a sense, yes, the title of this system might be viewed as being a bit misleading. But once you learn the whole story, it begins to make more sense. It's really up to the user how it is used.

Jon is a tireless researcher and body builder. He's always looking for the latest cutting edge ideas related to his area of expertise: building the perfect body. He seems to have figured out a way to increase his workout results by 200% while actually spending less time accomplishing this.

So who would benefit from Jon's program? If you already workout with weights, you've probably had times when you didn't have all the time you needed to finish your workout. On those days when you don't have time to do a full workout, using Jon's techniques can not only save time but get the most out of the time you do put in. In addition, his quick exercise routines can be added to your present workouts, to augment and enhance them.

It also might be of interest to know that there are exercises that will appeal to both men and women. A few of the exercise videos contained in the program were made with women in mind, targeting specific areas of the female anatomy of interest mostly to women. Glutes, thighs, and calves to be exact. Working out with weights can firm and tone the female anatomy like no other exercise, although many women are not aware of this or they don't view weight lifting as a feminine activity.

There's no doubt that Jon Benson's technique of using highly intense weight lifting exercise segments for muscle building is an effective method and use of time. When people start experiencing the results of this method, they realize that even though they may have been mislead by the title, the program really does deliver the goods.
