Beachbody 6 Day Fat Burning Express is here to the rescue. This is a diciplined 6 days of CLEAN eating in combination with doing a Power 90, P90X, P90X2, Insanity, Asylum or any of the Beachbody workouts.
Every year around March or April I hear from so many that tell me how they dread trying on swimsuits. Well fear not! In 6 days you'll have a whole new outlook on life, you'll feel accomplished and will have burned off some major pounds and inches. Each day for the next 6 days I'll post exactly what I ate. Here is day 1.
Day 1
Breakfast
1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology or Beachbody Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
8 oz. water, light soy milk, or skim milk
1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil (optional)
Mix in blender with a scoop of ice.
AM Snack
Quick Nut Snack
15-20 raw walnut halves or almonds
Lunch
Turkey and Spinach Salad
4 oz. roasted turkey breast
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 Tbsp. red wine vinaigrette (or equivalent noncreamy dressing-no ranch, blue cheese, etc.)
PM Snack
Cottage Cheese or Yogurt and Blueberries
4 oz. low-fat cottage cheese or plain yogurt
3/4 cup blueberries
Dinner
Soon-to-be Your Favorite Fish
4 oz. fish (halibut, cod, red snapper, or turbot)
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 shallots, chopped fine
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/4 medium tomato, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups asparagus
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place fish on a large piece of aluminum foil with 2 Tbsp. water. Top with next five ingredients. Wrap tightly into a pouch, place on a baking sheet and bak for 15 to 20 minutes.
Steam asparagus and serve with fish.
Late Snack
1 cup caffeine-free herbal tea
You may add a lemon or orange wedge if you wish.

I started another P90X workout challenge on April 9th. In addition, I drink Shakeology everyday and love it! It's a must-do because it helps me get through the workouts plus I get the fabulous physical results that I have. But sometimes I want chocolate in another form other than a shake.
