A quick look at the updated reviews on Amazon for George St. Pierre's RushFit DVDs
I have been rarely consistently surprised by what I see from a product or idea in the fitness product market.
An exception would definitely be the performance of the George St. Pierre RushFit dvdsin user reviews. I have never seen a product or program in this shoot out of the gate with near perfect Amazon customer reviews at such a high volume. As I have mentioned before on my blog, you will inevitably have users who will grab on to the program based on this word of mouth who for whatever reason totally find problems or wholes in the program. This occurrence doesn’t mean that the program isn’t good. It might simply mean that the user found out it wasn’t a great fit for them.
Keep in mind that no one fitness regimen is perfect for every person. There are age, gender, and work out history considerations. We all find things that we like and don’t like. We’ll gravitate towards activities we consider fun and avoid those which bore us.
That’s really the biggest reason why George St. Pierre’s Rushfit DVDs have astounded me thus far. The program emerged back in December 2010. You can get some early hot reviews, but as your total user amounts rise the margin for error actual shrinks. More people who use, the more chance to find fault.
Recently I took the George St. Pierre RushFit DVDs and did some follow-up to see if the user satisfaction gap started to appear as has been the trend with any product in the fitness market. This is true no matter how popular it was at the beginning. Even P90X was not immune.
By way of quick background George St. Pierre’s RushFit is a high intensity total body workout that also uses resistance in the form of dumbbells. You work in rounds which are essentially intervals that force your heart rate up and then give you a short rest before entering the intensity again. This is an ideal way to burn fat faster and tighten up your problem areas.
In the last 4 weeks, there have been about 10 new reviews for George St. Pierre’s Rushfitand they all have been 4 or 5 stars, save 1 which takes the total amount of 5 star reviews to about 95% of the total. People seem to continue to like the quick pace, the 8 weeks duration and your mental bump from the high intensity.
