Huo Shan Huang Ya is a yellow tea that comes form the area of Bai Ma Jiang Peak in the Huoshan Country Da Bie Shan Moutain. The mountain has a peak elevation of 1774 meters high. On the highest peak, the bud is well selected with at least one or two leaves picked at a standard level.

Depending on your preferences, you can bump the water temperature up a bit to 175°F with 30 second infusions.
