Ingredients for making Pavé de Ovaltine with cornstarch biscuit:

2 packets of cornstarch biscuit
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 cartons of cream
1 box of condensed milk
Ovaltine powder
½ cup of milk (120 milliliters)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 biscuit package

How to make Pavé de Ovaltine with cornstarch biscuit:

To make the Ovaltine cream, beat the cream in a mixer at room temperature, until it starts to froth. With the mixer on, add the Ovaltine in the desired amount.

Tip: Ovaltine can be replaced with a chocolate drink of your choice.

Take this mixture and bring to the fire, dilute the cornstarch in the milk and pour into the mixture. As soon as this mixture starts to boil, place a carton of condensed milk. Keep stirring and, when it thickens, turn off the heat and set aside.

Tip: Using only a carton of condensed milk leaves a balanced sweet. If you want more candy, put 2 boxes.

Beat the cornstarch biscuit in a blender or crusher, until it turns into a coarse flour. Place in a bowl and butter the crushed biscuit until it forms a biscuit dough.

Tip: If the mixture is too dry, add a little more butter.

To assemble the Ovaltine pave with cornstarch biscuit, place a layer of dough, then chopped Bis, then cream, then dough, again cream and finish with chopped Bis. Take it to the fridge and go!
