Marketing has defined as “a social and managerial process whereby individuals and groups obtain what they need and want through creating and exchanging products and value with others.

Today is the day of competition. Now in every field there are many companies. India is the second largest populated country of the world,The art of marketing and sales Articles so in India the employment is one of the major problems of our country. Now sale the product is a challenging job and because of this purpose many marketing companies are now working in the market. From smallest to the biggest item you can’t sale anything without marketing. Now marketing is becoming a good business and many young peoples got employment in these field.

Now if you go any big departmental store in Mumbai, Delhi Kolkata and Bangalore you can see that the well dressed boys and girls show you jewellery, clothes, gift times. Those boys and girls are well educated and belong from good families, they treated the customers in very good way. The behavior of these boys and girls is very nice and they entertain the customers very good way.

The marketing is now a good encouraging field who attract the youth. Marketing is now searching new fields (1) Door to door marketing, (2) Marketing the advertisements in newspapers and magazines, (3) Marketing on T.V. channels.

(1) Door to Door Marketing-Door to door marketing is an old and simple type of marketing. In this form of marketing peoples come door to door on the house of the peoples and then introduce them their products. Few years ago the door to door marketing is limited in the household items like crockery items, washing power, bathing soap, beauty creams, biscuits, namkeen etc. but from last two or three years many new products entering in the household marketing field. Now the mobile phone companies are doing very large scale marketing for their products. Almost every day the representatives of Airtel, Hutch, Idea, Tata Indicom and Reliance are coming on door of our houses and telling the peoples about the plans and schemes Of their companies. Door to door marketing very effective but large time consuming job.

(2) Marketing in the Adds of Newspapers and Magazines—Now many big and small companies gave their adds in newspapers and news magazines. The add makers print the adds in colourful and attractive way that the readers of the newspapers read the adds before the news. Many magazines like Grah Shobha, India Today, Cronical, Pratiyogita Darpan, Femina, etc. have many adds. These are many popular magazines, so along these magazines lacs of peoples see and read the adds of the products.

(3) Marketing on T.V. Channels—Marketing on TV. channels is the latest, modern, effective and most importantly the caustly type of marketing. By this marketing the largest number of adds are present. Many add film making companies make the adds for different companies and earn crores of rupees. Now every big company has its adds on TV. Channels, Cocacola, Pepsi, Dew, Thumps up, Raymond, Reid and Taylor, SiyaRam, Vimal, Dinesh, Maruti, Suzuki Zen, Maruti Alto, Maruti Swift, Hyundai Sonata, Hyundai Accent, Hutch, Tata Indicom, Reliance, Airtel Idea, BSNL, Reynolds, Indian Airlines, Air
India, Gulf air, Air Deccon, Tourism Department of India, Malaysia tourism, Singapore tourism and Nepal tourism are presenting their adds on T.V. Channels along with them numberless products have their adds on TV. Channels.

These adds are the main source of income of the TV. channels. The marketing on TV. can dramatically increase the business of any company and increase the sale of any product because which product present on the TV. It is seen by whole country and outside the country also so the product became popular in very short time. The TV. channels charge very heavy amount from those companies who present their adds on TV. channels.

We all see that many big companies like— TVS, Pepsi, Wills sponser bigger sporting events of cricket, hockey and football that is also an effective but expensive source of marketing. We saw that TVS Cup, Videocon Cup, Pructunial World Cup and Wills World Cup on TV. It is the simple example of Marketing.

Now it is proved that marketing is now becoming a blooming business which increase the business and also provide numberless opportunities of job to the people.
