Take a few minutes everyday to reflect on what happened during the day. Was there a lesson to learn? Is there a gift you may have overlooked even if it was that you consider a bad day. Was the step back really a step forward? Were you concentrating so hard on the negative that it happened as you expected? 2. Are you looking at life through your present limitations? To rise in consciousness the level which you desire you must completely drop or let go of the consciousness with which you are identifying. Feel the fear and do it anyway. Focus your thoughts on something else other than the problem. Worries are like prayers. 3. Change your thought of seeing “is believing” to “believing is seeing”. Start believing with, unwavering confidence that you can be whatever you desire to be. It will take you from feeling like a victim of fate and place you as a victim of your own faith. 4. Feel as if it is done, by consciously claiming yourself to be, now, that you desire to be. Be a witness and see the happy end of your desire by consciously feeling your self expressing and possessing what you desire. The picture will get you through the interval of time that it takes for the picture to unfold. 5. What’s the natural time line for the state you wish to be, not the anxious conditioned response of instant gratification of yesterday. Time is relative and no two individuals will give the same measurement of time to achieve their goals. It depends on what you are accustomed to in your life.
