And this sort of temperament makes people could hardly bear the meditation coming from running. Doctor Mall constantly encourages his patients to run. But even he, who dedicates himself to running, still does not get much achievement. He told me, "I have tried all the ways that I could imagine, but my records are still very bad".
It does not matter that how old or strong or capable you are, all the people could take part in the line of running. However, most of them have their own characteristics. And these decide if you are fit for running or not.
There would be a little changes in your inner mind. Maybe you think the life you live right now should be like the old days. You try to sleep less so as to find a more comfortable life style. Besides, running changes your feelings when you were in a big party.
We grow to be runners because of many separate reasons. When you are over weight, running could be an effective way to keep lean. We want to keep fit and live longer, so we choose running as a kind of method to exercise. Nonetheless, three are still a part of people think that running has some dangers. Such as heart disease may reappear after tough running and this is what some patients fear a lot. If you don't try running, of course you don't know the wonderful feelings of it.
Morning time, the sun is not out yet, concentration of carbon dioxide in the air is not suitable for running. The most appropriate time is 5-7 pm on the evening. At this point the body meridians running smoothly, the day is the highest body temperature and heart rate is also the fastest time. As the sun get down, it is very fresh outdoor and good to enjoyable feeling. You can take food about half an hour running exercise. Or you can choose quick walk after dinner, it helps you digest food more smoothly. In autumn and winter, the amount of exercise must not be too large. Little sweat is healthier for healthy.
