Eonon is more and more popular in USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. The customer still have many questions about buying and using Eonon products. Today, I would like to share with you some FAQ, so that you can buy Eonon Car DVD Players easier and faster, then you will save a lot of time. :)

Question: If I have Mazda 3 2010 model, which Mazda 3 Navigation I should choose? Answer: Please choose our GA5163F, it perfect fits for your Mazda 3 2010. Question: Will the product fit in my car?

Answer: Our products will fit most standard cars. But for a few car brands like Toyota, Mazda-3, VOLKSWAGEN, and more, please check our Specific Android Car DVD Player, which are designed to fit specific car models perfectly and with a streamlined, simpler installation. Before purchasing, please measure the height of your current DVD player. If its height is 50mm, please select from our 1 Din series; and if it’s 100mm, please select from our 2 Din series. The DIN series is universal. If you’re still unsure, you may consider consulting a technician before ordering to make sure you buy the correct product.

Question: Can shipments be combined?

Answer: 1. Shipments may be combined to decrease shipping costs for some areas (excluding AU, US, UK).

1. All items purchased within a 7 day period may be combined into one shipment paid by a single payment.
2. Discounts will be offered upon the purchase of multiple items and will be applied automatically when the order is placed.
3. Combined shipment cannot be arranged after payment. An offer for a combined shipment will be given to you automatically after you finish shopping.

Question: How long does it take until I receive the package? Where is my package at the moment?

Answer: We will arrange the shipment of your item within 2 business days of its payment confirmation

Once your item is sent, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you as well.

Some items will be sent by express, which usually takes 1-7 days.

Other items will be sent by registered mail, which takes about two weeks.

Question: Can I exchange my order for another Eonon model?

Answer: If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of its delivery. As long as the internal package remains unopened, you can exchange it for another model. The balance will be paid by you or returned by us. You should be responsible for the shipping fee of both the return shipment and the extra shipment, which will be based on your country's shipping rate. So, before you place your order, please refer to all of the details in our product introduction page.

Question: How to keep the button lights of Eonon Android Car DVD Player always on?Answer: If you want the button lights always on, there's an option in the unit setting, please enter factory setting (password is 126), then choose the KEY LIGHT option and save. Please have a try, thanks.
