When was the last time you were in touch with your life —the life that you live and the life that you dream of?  When was the last time you allowed yourself to explore and check in with the true questions that stir around in your being?     When I say “in touch”,4 Ways to have a personal breakthrough Articles I mean in a way that you hear and listen to what your life is telling you it needs from you in order to move forward.  Have you taken a moment lately and gotten in touch?!?

Two things can happen for you if you do:One, you may actually find something out that you were already in search of, or two, you may find out something that you did not know existed.  Whichever it is, it's a beautiful and fulfilling process to get in touch with your life as you know it, and as you desire it.  Your life is speaking to you.  The real question is: are you listening?Today, I would like to ask you to embrace yourself in a way that gets you in touch with your life.  Here are a few ways in which you can do so:

1.               Ask. Choose one of the following questions to ask yourself: If my soul could speak, what would it say? If my life could speak, what would it say?  Interestingly enough, when we ask a question in a clear and powerful way, we do get a crystal clear response.  Ask yourself the question(s) to get to your truth.

2.               Listen. It only takes a moment.  It doesn't have to take a full mental day off of work, a vacation away from the family, or spending time on a mountaintop in order to hear what already resonates within you.  Although these times are necessary for our sanity, they oftentimes can become our excuses for not listening and doing what truly will serve us.  If you want to know, it simply takes a willing spirit.  Be willing to simply listen.

3.               Trust.  Trust that what comes up may have some truth in it.  Oftentimes, we doubt what is the obvious, or the signs life continues to show us about what we may need to pay attention to.  Be willing to trust the sincerity and goodness that shows up and speaks directly to you.  It may be in the form of something you read, hear, or something a person may say.  Either way, trust your process- and notice what’s in front of you.

4.               Honor. Honor yourself by doing something that will support the responses and clarity you have received.  For example, If it's dealing with the body, schedule a health check; eat the foods that you know will give you vitality and strength.  Take care of yourself in a way that will honor you and your life.  If it's with the direction of your life or career, seek the assistance of a professional or a support group that honors your desire to get unstuck and clear about the direction of your life.  Remember, if you want to know just…  Ask, listen, trust and honor that what comes up will serve the greatest and highest part of your being.

PS. Spend a few moments after reading this article to answer the questions and honor your life, and reach out and touch.
