How To Match a Wireless Number To a Person

Have you answered your phone and found yourself speaking with a nightmare of a person?  You know, someone like an ex-girlfriend, a particularly tough business client, a bill collector, mother-in-law, etc.?  Well, one lesson I learned a long time was the importance of knowing the identity of the caller before answering a call.

It seems like an easy lesson to learn, but one most people have to learn the hard way.  I have been in too many uncomfortable, awkward, and embarrassing calls because I answered the phone without knowing for sure who was on the other end.

And who needs that grief?

I know I don’t. 

So I have made a rule for myself that just because I have an incoming call, it does not mean I have to answer it – even if I do know who is calling.  I’ll deal with the caller when it is convenient for me.  And I will certainly never answer the call without knowing who the caller is.

And that has greatly simplified my life. 

Now, naturally this means that I will have calls that come in which I have to find a way of identifying the user.  And this problem is solved very easily.  For any telephone number I don’t recognize, I do a quick reverse phone search with a telephone directory that allows me to not only match a wireless number to a person, but also any other sort of telephone number to a person.

Why this is such a great help to me is because free telephone directories only allow me to search for the name and address of a landline user.  These directories also provide only the most basic of information.  But they are free.

But if I want to find the owner of a wireless number, I always have to do this with a reverse phone directory that makes me pay a small fee for the report.  I have tried to find this information for free online using every method I could try, but it wasn’t possible.  So anytime I need to match a wireless number with a name, I bite the bullet and pay the fee.

But, I’m telling you, the fee ain’t so bad and there just is no other way to quickly, confidentially, and easily get a complete personal report for any mobile phone user.  And because the directory I work has such a comprehensive database of telephone numbers, I just went ahead and paid for a yearly membership.  This means I can look any telephone number anytime I choose.  And I like knowing I can do this.
