A section of celebrities and socialites and a survey from an Australian university are now validating a whole new truth about the mutual attraction society - that women are driven towards men more for their face than for their muscles,Lust At Face Value Articles and men too aren't too crazy about that perfect figure of women.

That means that the rush for a silicon implant can wait. And if you are from Mars, for the time being atleast, those daily workouts can be kept at bay. The bottomline? Do up your face, put on some make-up, but hey, wait. Also bring back that genuineness in your eyes, and the dream romantic date is sure to materialise.

Says singer and actor, Christine Albury, "It's so true. A face, more than a man's physical attributes gives an idea of what the man is. Face reflects the entire personality of an individual and a reason why girls look at a face before becoming a partner in love." Adds Shireen Mitchell "I go more by the presentability of a man before committing to someone. A face reveals a man's overall presentability to a large extent."

A great body in any case is a no-no for the tribe that belongs to the fairer sex. "I just don't go by a guy's body while choosing a partner. Someone who has a great body minus the nice aura is a sure no-no," says model Deepika Padukone. Even guys aren't gung-ho on a woman's body. "I pay more attention to the way a girl carries herself. Her conduct, her attitude, everything matters. I notice all these attributes in a girl before starting a courtship," says actor Jimmy Williams. "Her eyes, the way she talks, the manner in which she carries herself, plays a key role while settling for my lady love. A woman with an average body and a great charisma is a sure bet any day," says model Steve Miller. However, not everyone seems to agree to this new sexual attraction theory. Says actor and model James Thompson, "I want perfection in everything. A girl has to have a perfect body, perfect face and, of course, she has to know how to carry herself with style."

Actor Alan feels the same way, "I get attracted to women who are not just good looking but also have a nice attitude." Television sensation Susan Fuller however settles for a middle path. "A guy has to be a conversationalist to be my heart-throb. He has to have an ability to carry himself well. He should also be able to walk right, talk smartly and have a husky voice."

So all you guys and gals, what are you waiting for? Just follow your heart and you will surely find your soulmate with those perfect looks and attitude.
