They feel these new recruits can contribute much more. Moreover they feel they can compensate for the skills the older generation lacks in. In order to add newness in an organisation it is important to accept new thought process and ideas. A company has to be open and broad minded to take risks. However every company fails to understand that aspirations are the by-product of qualification.

The new recruits are highly qualified and thus have high aspirations which can be met by handful companies. They are impulsive in making decisions.  Thus a probability lurks that they will quit a job position for something new and big unless you have something that captivates their minds. The new crop believes in flying high within a short span of time. The older generation bring in stability to the organisation unlike the younger generation. This is a setback every company has to be prepared to witness and overcome in relation to the younger generation. The only alternative the younger generation thinks is worth trying out is the Internet.

Internet has been present for decades however its reach was limited. Today every middle class household owns a computer with Internet connection. Moreover there with every year the opportunity to earn extra income through online ventures increase. There are many job profiles that emphasise and strive on working from home. Women are given the benefit of working from home and earning extra income.
