What corporate man has to learn from climbers? To be like a climber or learn how to have focus like a climber?  Climbers are the finest example for goal orientation. People in the corporate should emulate climbers and learn on how well focused the climber is.

Climbers are weak plants.  They cannot grow straight. They need another strong plant as support to grow etc.,Live with your goal, weak climbers does that Articles are all known to mankind.  Despite being weak, still they know what they want and they know how to achieve it.  They are very smart in growing upward.  They need sun light.  Climbers are willing to bend, lean, coil and be under shade. The art of survival of climbers are purely due to their egoless ness.  They admit their weakness and learned the art of how to overcome the weakness and become successful.

Admitting, understanding and recognizing ones own weakness is the best strength one can have and that is what climbers are proving to corporate man.  Being arrogant none can grow and only with humility one can reach the top.  Climbers even outgrow the host plant in most occasions.  The host plant seldom resist climbers as the host tree may think how a weak plant like a climber can harm a tree.

Intentionally climbers never harm the host trees.  They are interested only in moving around nicely the host tree and reach to the sun light.  The survival goal of climbers is very strong, instinctive and ‘SMART’ (Simple, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound).  They have different plans to overcome adversities, obstacles and impediments.  Despite all odds, they are very successful.

In forest ecosystem, the climbers also give protection to the branches of the host tree.  When a climber coils around different branches, it also protects these branches from breaking during heavy wind in many deep forest ecosystems.   Being weak, how brilliantly climbers offer strength to the host tree.

The corporate employees must learn the art of how to focus and set the goals.  Success should be seen the most.  Thinking about limitations or limiting the performance because of limitations will never help any employees to progress.  They need to develop smartness to overcome the impediments.  When the target/goal/focus is well understood and the commitment is developed to achieve the above, automatically path and support will blossom.  When one start thinking more about achieving the goal, the weakness become strength and in the limited scope, limitless options will arise or born.  Success lies not in measuring or calculating the distance between the person and the success, but one has to make success as part of him/her or he/she be the part of success by itself.
