An youth icon actor Salman Khan,A Birthday in Court Articles who presented hit movie “Ek Tha Tiger" this year and will optimistically repeat the victory with upcoming release "Dabangg 2", will be celebrating his 47th birthday on 27 December, 2012;  says he might be in court on this day for an offence done on Dec 27 in the year 2002. His birthday celebration will be spoiled after being bidden to appear in the Mumbai court on this day, for a hearing in the ill-reputed hit-and-run case of 2002. Salman Khan Movies are always full-time entertaining and he is very well-known for hosting big birthday bashes, had formerly stated, much before these legal updates, that he’s planning a inaudible centennial at his Mumbai home with his parents and family and of course Katrina will be joining them in this simple celebration. It might be possible to get some of latest Katrina Kaif images with him. This year he wants to celebrate this day without any interference of media as he feels that all of his guests and relatives get very uncomfortable in presence of media and try to leave the party as soon as possible. Salman frankly says that like other famous actors including Hritik, Aamir and Shah Rukh he doesn’t want to do any show off.   It’s not going to be a ‘happy’ birthday for Salman Khan after all. He has been charged with careless and neglectful driving causing injuries to 4 men and killed one who was sleeping on the path near the bakery which was crashed by drunken Salman’s Toyota land Cruiser. A Social worker named Santosh Daundkar had trooped an application to the justice court in Mumbai claiming that false evidence was given in order to protect the actor and postpone the case”. He also says that this case is purposely delayed because of actor’s star powers, in compared to other similar cases which deals with normal offenders have been processed fast.Apart from this case, just few days later another court from Jodhpur has also ordered him to appear in association with his role in the disreputable Black Buck poaching case. The hearing of this case has come after 14 years since the date of incident. He has been accused with banned possession of arms and causing harm to wildlife. But in this case he won’t be alone as actors named Tabu, Neelam, Sonali Bendre, Saif Ali Khan, Dushyant Singh and Dinesh Gawre are also accused with causing harm to wildlife. This offence was done during the shoot of one of the Salman Khan’s films “Hum Saath Saath Hai” in the year 1998. The last hearing regarding this case was held in the year 2006 and after six years they are called again. Away from these two cases, Salman also has been imprisoned and sentenced in two separate cases of poaching, one with two Chinkaras and a Black Buck in the same year. The appeal in both cases is still unresolved in the high court. The only sliver of hope remains his picture show ‘Dabangg 2’, which is scheduled to release on December 21. In spite of charming so much admiration and victory for his movies, Salman’s legal mess still remains unclear. No more to speak about Salman khan. Let's stop wasting resources and time on non-issues. Salman is not a threat to this country. It's time to go after the real criminal, immoral, heartless leaders and the people carrying out their orders. The mess continues because of some hypocrites. I pray to God that he is relieved of this harassment and can enjoy his birthday.
