You may have been to house parties, college parties and bar parties but you haven’t experienced everything a party has to offer until you’ve been to a rave party.

Earlier used for rave dances this term in 80's was mainly used to refer to Acid House Parties that were full of light shows and high paced music. Rave parties or simply rave is a term which came into existence in the year 1970. DJ's formed the basis of these parties and you could also see some live performances. The madness of these parties simply never ends. You will find many genres of music being played in rave including Trance,The Chaos of Rave Parties  Articles Electro House, Dub step, Drum step, Break beat, Hard style, Drum and bass, etc. People who visit these parties are usually called ravers. Various popular musicians including Clare Williams and Steve Marriott are self proclaimed raves. Rave parties are known to be wild and they actually are.

The hippie era which started in late 1960's, was marked by the widespread of these parties. Youngsters from varied background attended the parties to search for their partner or to relive their stress. During that time, these parties became as popular as football matches, as they provide a platform for working class unifications.

Across the western countries, rave culture is slowly becoming part of the new youth movement. The introduction of social networking sites has further made it easier for the ravers to come into contact and organize such parties. Raves have thousands of attendees, youth magazines featured styling tips, and television shows launching music magazines on House and Techno music.

However, drugs and narcotics started becoming a part of these parties and thus, authorities started having some reservations about the rave concept. Though steps are being taken to discourage the concept of rave parties, still these parties are as popular as ever. The use of drugs like MDMA, ketamine, cocaine, and amphetamines forced authorities to ban those parties altogether. Rave parties are declared illegal in many countries.

We all are human beings and no doubt that we are desperate to connect and so are the ravers. They want to shed their normal everyday persona and be whatever they want to. Rave parties are not only about sex and drugs; they are also about clean, good fun to. Dancing all night might seem stupid to you, but for someone else it is a great source of joy. It just depends on how you look at the whole thing.

The power of internet has provided the platform needed by the organizers of these parties. If you are stressed and are looking for something different which might relieve you from daily pressure then do try to attend a wild rave party. This generation is the generation of creativity and openness. You will surely have some good time to remember.
