DDA Housing Scheme 2017   The approval for the launch of DDA Housing Scheme 2017 was given in the DDA meeting. The scheme includes EWS flats,DDA Housing Scheme 2017 - Complete Details Articles including HIG, MIG, LIG, Single Room and Public flats. The scheme may be launched on 30 June or in the first week of July. DDA pointed out that there are 11,544 flats in the scheme of 13,148 flats, which were brought in the Housing Scheme-2014.   Details of the Scheme -    The number of LIG and single room flats in this is 11 thousand 671. EWS-563, Public flats -437, MIG-398 and HIG-79 flats. Apart from public flats, one lakh rupees will be deposited in the form of registration money for LIG, Single Room and EWS flats. For registration of MIG and HIG 2 Lakh rupees money has been kept.   DDA Housing Scheme Linked with PMAY   Recently, DDA New Housing Scheme 2017 has been linked to the Central Government's ambitious scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). People can also take the benefits of PMAY but he must have to fulfill the PNAY criteria for this. According to the sources, there will be an option of choosing that whether he/she wants to avail the benefits of PMAY along with DDA Housing Scheme 2017 or not.    Details of Flats -   Some flats will be worth Rs 93 lakhs. Most HIG flats will cost between 53 lakh and 80 lakh rupees. Some of them will also be worth Rs 1.45 Crores. The smallest flat in the area of these flats will be 18.80 square meters and the largest flat is 156.61 square meters. These flats will be in areas like Narela, Dwarka, Rohini and Nasirpur. Some will also be in Southern Delhi. The most of these flats are located in Rohini.   Applying Procedure/Application Form -    There are two ways for applying for this scheme i.e. Online mode & Offline Mode. Applicants can select any of them depends on his/her comfort zone.    For Offline Mode, Application Brochure / Form can be collected from the following Banks by paying its cost and the duly filled application form have to be submitted at the same place along with the required documents and the registration amount in the form of DD.   Applicants can also download the scheme Brochure / Form from the websites of Below mentioned Banks or from the official website of Delhi Development Authority.   Eligibility Criteria -    Applicant must not own any residential flat or plot in Delhi, in their own name or in the name of their spouse or children   Terms & Conditions -
  • One person can submit only one application 
  • Both Husband and wife can apply but if both are successful, only one can retain the flat
  • Any Citizen of India who is at least 18 years old at the time of filling application
  Registration Fee -
  • Rs.1 Lakh for general
  • Rs.10000 for EWS, (Submitted at the time of Application form submission)
  Required Documents -
  • Aadhaar Card Number (Not Mandatory)
  • Pan Card is Mandatory
