At first I thought that I had a cold, but this kind of symptom has lasted for several days, which made me very confused and uncomfortable. Then I went to hospital, only to find that I have allergic rhinitis. Then, as long as the weather gets cold of at the time of season change, I suffer the pain. Now winter is coming, I feel very bad every day. And I aware that health is very important for every person, nowadays, young people often overlook exercise; they all think that they are very healthy because they are young, including me. With the development of society, the pace of people’s life become faster because they bear great pressure. The most common phenomenon is that all the people sit in front of computers to complete their work in the day; while after work, they get home to sit in front of computer. Boys are playing computer games, girls are picking goods online, and so do I. Every girl is crazy about the fashion trend, popular items, jewelry making supplies wholesale. They can stay in front of computer to select different kinds of jewelry supplies such as discount beads, satin ribbon wholesale, and jewelry boxes wholesale as long as they have spare time. Looking at computer for long time is not only bad for eyes; the radiation of computer also does great harm to people’s body. This kind of living habits gives rise to bad health of the masses. A hurried lifestyle, stress, poor posture and lack of physical activity, all of these contribute to the decline of health index. In addition, in cities, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. The automobile exhaust and industrial sewage contribute to the decline of the quality of the whole living environment. The air in big cities is not so fresh; the water in large metropolises is not very pure. All of these elements result in the phenomenon that many citizens get strange illness, young people are no exception. Based on this condition, it is exceptionally important for people to do exercise to keep health. It is very common that senior citizens do excise every day to strengthen their body; the health index between aged people continuously increases. On the contrary, young people are busy with work, family, social network; they ignore the importance of exercise of body. The health index between youngsters is decreasing. The other factor involves in the fact is lifestyle, compared with the lifestyle in foreign countries. People in China lead an unhealthy life; they pay much more attention to work, making money, but lose sight of enjoying life and their condition of health. Only with healthy body can you work harder and make more money. Health is a source of happiness in life, without health, sound body and energetic spirit, life will be overshadowed by dull apathy. Health is the foundation of people to a successful career. Physical and mental health both complements each other, influence each other. Especially the confidence and courage are two psychological states which are directly related to the successful cause. In a word, people nowadays should change their concept to lead a healthy life, especially for young people. It’s much better not to sit in front of computers to browse online shopping or play computer games.
