These factors coupled with a nutritious and well balanced meal plan will also help reduce body fat resulting in a more desirable appearance.

The fitness program itself is not what is going to increase your income. The results that you will obtain will be the driving force behind the new you.  It has been proven again and again through research that exercise will lead to the life changing factors above. A person with renewed self confidence and increased energy levels will be able to perform at a higher level in the work place.

Although performing at higher level in the work place doesn’t always lead to more money, it definitely will increase your drive and ambition. With drive and ambition on your side, you will lead yourself to a place of higher income. That could mean overtime, a new higher paying job or maybe some type of supplemental income.
