In a competition, the pressure that caused by fatigue would make some strange thoughts in our mind. To an extent, the weird thought would influence you in the competition, but if you want to participate in it, you have to put all your efforts on it.

I have participated in marathon many times, but once I found that I could not remember what could promote me to run. I was physically and mentally exhausted, so I retreat from the competition. In a intense race, such reasons would sound convincing and impressed. Only a little later, after you yielded to this kind of cheating words, you would be disappointed on yourself. If you also want to participate in the competition, then you must try your best to run, this stands to reason.This needs to train your mental spirit. If your running needs to be enhanced; there are many ways you can choose. You had better run the distance what you scheduled and then finish your running. Supposing that you intend to run two miles, maybe you can not avoid walking a distance, but you have to complete you running. So you can learn how to endure when you run successfully, so that you can be stronger while you occasionally run uncomfortably. If you can not bear the bad condition and exit, it is a presentation of escaping from difficulties, you will never know it is a hard thing to avoid uneasiness. While I was not run well, my diary would appear a "bad". Curiously, about one day or two after the bad situation, I always have an unexpected performance. I think the reason is that the "bad" is always slower than usual speed. So I can have time to take a rest and there is possibility on me to run faster and easier.Another good idea to train your willpower is to do exercise as your plan completely. Whether it looks hard to do or it is difficult to run. You subject to meet some days that everything looks slow, everything seems to have no results, and you would rather the exercise entirely suspend. Now comes the important time to go on.
