In 2008, she made another ‘man-eating flowers” series and it got great popularity and unprecedented success. Victor often drew inspiration from natural forms of flora and fauna and then created love, fantasy and gorgeous design. In Belladone Island series, Belladone means death tomato in western epic. The term derives from Bella Donna, namely pretty lady. Its intent is during Italy Renaissance, ladies drop this highly toxic plant juice in their eyes, which symbolized exciting pleasure. Victor chose this plant and used its bright colors to create dramatic, funny, exotic and charming jewelry design. Clay beads were made into shiny colors, it is fairly attractive. Similarly, creative inspirations “man-eating” flowers series also come from colorful and psychedelic patterns of flora and fauna. Victor refined design shapes from flowers, fruits, leaves and insects, and then boldly painted twinkling blue, green, red, orange and purple colors. Combining with coral beads, crystal and other gemstones, then she designed out luxurious, smart, innocent and modern accessories. Because of its strange and unique shapes, people may think of medicine park and the singularity of panacea in ancient times. Designer entrusts jewelry designs with natural soul by her unique vision. Victor prefers using colorful gems, such as Beryl, olive stones, amethyst, citrine, sapphire and garnet. Various kinds of precious stones are just like candy to Victor, they have seductive appeal for her. In addition to precious stones, she also repeatedly brings all kinds of valuable materials and cheap materials together, thus forming a visual contrast and coordination. Victor also loves to use lacquer decoration techniques. Lacquer paint has clam, elegant and smooth surface reflective, which is really rare in jewelry design. Her design complex is from the carefree childhood, she always retains a childlike innocence. Victor believes that jewelry design is influenced by fashion, but jewelry wearing is permanent.
