Another day in beautiful Boston! The sun is shining, the birds are chirping and our stomach is growling. Unfortunately, our hunger needs have to be put on hold because we're about to embark on an adventure so great that nothing can get in between our task and us.

Another day in beautiful Boston! The sun is shining,Back Bay Restaurant Options Articles the birds are chirping and our stomach is growling. Unfortunately, our hunger needs have to be put on hold because we're about to embark on an adventure so great that nothing can get in between our task and us. If only our adventure wasn't to the Suffolk University library. My dear friends, regretfully we will not be taking long strolls through the tasty North End or wandering through the delicious Faneuil hall. Today we will be snacking while studying. Nevertheless, we will be taking breaks in our studies to grab delicious a bite at a Back Bay Restaurant.

Because we’re so hungry and haven’t even walked into the library, it is decided that we must get something before studying.  Because we’re walking to the library from the North End, we decide to pop into Monica’s. Monica’s is one of the most sought after sandwich shops in the North End. This tucked away treasure is home to some of the most delicious sandwiches you will ever sink your teeth into. I myself am not a fan of Italian subs, however, at Monica’s, the Italian sub is something I find myself craving at all times of the day. This Italian sub starts with bread that is baked freshly at Monica’s. Smothered with extra virgin olive oil, the bread could be eaten alone. Start adding the toppings and this Back Bay Restaurant treat is something you truly can’t resist. Thick salami, thinly sliced prosciutto, silky cheddar cheese, zesty hot’s, pickles, a light layer of mayo, crisp lettuce and juicy tomato is what sets this classic Italian sub apart from any other sandwich.

My fellow foodies, this is only the beginning of our day of snacking at the Suffolk University library. Unfortunately our Italian sub doesn’t make it all the way to the library. The delicious treat is gone before we enter the building and our classic coca cola made with real sugar instead of the usual high fructose corn syrup has already washed down any feeling of thirst that was left behind from the Italian treat.

As we enter the building we spot a man at a cart selling fresh fruit so we decide a juicy granny smith apple will be sure to hold us over for another 3 hours or so. Walking into the library we pick a table overlooking the Boston Common. Gazing down before opening our Mac and textbooks we see the hustle and bustle of fellow Boston residents enjoying the warm air, sunshine, and smell of summer. Taking a sip of our crisp water brought from home we smile and know that soon we too will be outside in the warm air to indulge in a favorite Back Bay Restaurant snack.

Our next article will continue with our delicious trip to the Suffolk University library. We will be taking multiple snack breaks and perhaps a quick break with some of our friends to a local pub for a quick drink. See you next time.
