Well, I'm here to tell you this is not hokey pokey…it's freakin' real! The power of the mind to achieve things for the body was scientifically studied throughout time. The brain contains a lot of potential energy locked within its deepest recesses. This energy can be harnessed to achieve things and make thoughts a reality, whether in the positive or negative. The physical body mainly gets what the brain thinks; thinking positively brings good things and as so in the opposite. When you think yourself slim and sexy, you definitely will be in a matter of time. On the other hand, if you think that you cannot get or stay slim, that no program works for you and there is no hope for you to get that dream figure, well I'm sorry to say that you are attracting that same negative situation you've been thinking about. Yup, that means no weight loss for you. So make up your mind and go beyond diet and exercise. Use your mind's powerful yet untapped potential to attract what you want. Think positively and get rid of pessimistic thoughts. It simply works!

Make up your mind: achieve weight loss, you should not just want a healthy and fit body; you should have a strong desire for it. Desire is a strong force that can only come from the powers of your mind. Desire comes with a strong conviction and the unrelenting drive towards the healthy body you are aspiring for. Strongly think about what you want and commit to it. Physical effort is just one of the tools in your weight loss toolbox. If you make up your mind and go beyond diet and exercise for weight loss, your mind's desire shall push your body to work for achieving your goals and give you the results you've always wanted.
