Let go philosophy alone can give you an eternal peace,Life is nothing but 'let go' Articles tranquility and happiness.  If you attempt to go against this basic philosophy/rule, you will be inviting only struggle and frustrations to yourself.  The sad part in our life is that we were told, tuned and taught to remember and not to forget things ever since our birth.

When a baby repeat something from its memory, people around the baby will feel very nice, thrilled & proud and encourage the baby.  In real sense, we teach the child to remember or in other words, register events or hold them firmly and never loose them.

Remembering the past very consciously would be the first teaching or training parents will infuse upon their children.  When they enter school, the same process continues more vigorously.  All the examination systems were more centered or focused on memory test than testing the learning.  True reflection of the learning itself is judged or valued or validated purely based on how well one remembers the same learning.

Is life all about remembering and keep remembering the teachings?  When our children are told to remember, why then parents and teachers occasionally tell them forget certain things and only then they could move forward.  How contradictory the approach is.

Have we ever made any distinction in what to be remembered and how long and what one should forget and how soon?  When we appreciate a child when they show us about their remembering capability, have we ever attempted to teach them about the importance of forgetting also.  Have we ever encouraged or motivated them when they tell us something that they forgot?

The defective upbringing and un-wise parenting are the cause for the sufferings of the modern man.  The children are never taught about the importance of ‘let go’ attitude.

The very biological existence of most of the life form itself is built only on the tenet of ‘let go’.   In our breathing process also, we take in the air and then takes out the air.   The pleasure and existence of life not just lies in ‘breathing in’ but also in ‘breathing out’.  When we fail or could not ‘breathe out’ or ‘breathe in’, we struggle to survive.  If we hold onto what we breathe in and never let go the breathed air, our very survival itself we may endanger.

The genius nature has applied/used not only the science and but philosophy also in creating various life forms on earth.  All the life forms except man are appears to follow the nature very meticulously.

None of the animals hold onto their learning forever or remember forever.  They are spontaneous and intuitive in their response.    They never carry the burden of the past like man.  Animals sincerely follow the principle of ‘let go’ and that is why they suffer less from depression or psychosis and never attempt to amass wealth or property for future.

Be a space or premises through which let many events travel from one end to the other and never attempt to hold onto anything nor forcefully reject anything.   If you fail to remember what you have learned means you have never associated any usefulness to it and hence you have forgotten.

Learn to learn from your learning rather than remembering and repeating it like a machine.  Such learning is possible only when you follow the law of ‘let go’.
