HUDA: Haryana Urban Development Authority is urban development body which works under the state government of Haryana. The body was established on 13 January 1977 with the aim to improve urban developments of Haryana.

Last year, HUDA had offered many housing units for LIG, MIG and HIG applicants for which the authority had received thousands of application forms from the applicants. At that time HUDA had launched housing schemes in different locations such as Karnal, Pinjore and Kalanwali, Faridabad Sector 56A, Fatehabad Sector 11, Palwal Sector 12, Ambala Sector 27 and Taraori Sector 1. In these above locations, HUDA had offered residential plots and these units were offered through both online and offline mode of registrations.
The registration for the above residential plot scheme was completed last year, but authority had failed to hold the draw of lots for these schemes at time. Due to some authority issues draw of lots for above schemes had been delayed by authority. HUDA draw result for the schemes was made in the year 2015
In the recent months, the authority has held the draw for Faridabad Sector-56 & 56A residential plot scheme. The draw was held on 3rd June 2015. Under the scheme total 472 residential plots were available for registration. The authority had received thousands of application form for registration of these housing units. Registration for the scheme was started from 1 September 2014 and the last date of submission of application form was 11 November 2015.
Under the scheme six types of plots were available for registration including 1Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla & 4 Marla plots. But recently the authority has not launched any housing scheme or plot scheme in the year 2015. The authority may soon come with a new housing scheme for general public but there is no any official announcement for the scheme.
