Then I looked at him and asked- but whose funeral are we talking about? He said- min of course! I woke up and I know that it was his message to us. I called my brothers and they knew too and we decided to go with that “list” my father and I have created that night.

I am taking a few moments in the bed to do some reflections. Most of all I am thinking about my dreams. Do you dream a lot? I do! It feels like a vacation at night times. The dreams contain information to me about my mental condition.

I was lucky to been brought up by a father that was dreaming a lot too. He sort of gave me permission to dream in whatever theme it occurred in. Everything is real he told me. So every morning we sat around the breakfast table and told our dreams. My mother and two brothers did not believe us but we both knew better. The fact is that since then I remember almost every dream I have. I have the ability to dream in foreseeing things that will come or have been taken place. One example is when my father passed away in April 2005. My brothers and I were talking about the proceeding of the funeral. Arrangements,What kind of question did you wake up with today? Articles music and flowers. We talked and then decided to sleep on it. Good choice! Because that night I had a visit by my father in my dream. We were sitting around a table my father and I. Talking and I were taking notes. I asked about the coffin- what size and kind of wood. He said – keep it light with wooden of birch. I like the wood not so dark. How about the dress code I asked. I want you all to be dressed in bright colours, like ice cream. You mean like strawberry, pear and champagne? Yes he replied. Then I looked at him and asked- but whose funeral are we talking about? He said- mine of course! I woke up and I know that it was his message to us. I called my brothers and they knew too and we decided to go with that “list” my father and I have created that night. I am grateful for that experience and my open minded up bringing.

Thank you Father- with love and respect from your daughter.

So the dreams go on and on and so do I. Keep in mind to nurture them. Once you get the hold of them embrace them and use the feelings that comes out of it. A good idea is to find a dream buddy. To whom you can share your inner thoughts without judging you. It is more important that he or she can listen more then talking. You know how the equation goes, two ears and one mouth. Listen twice as much you talk. To share and to listen to others dreams will educate you how the brain, thought and dreams work. One day your dream will come through so beware of what you dream. Dare to dream big! Start now and live now!
