How to play injuries free paintball

1. Wear a full coverage paintball mask

A paintball mask is the most important safety equipment of paintball, make sure to wear full coverage, durable, and fog-free paintball mask all the time.

please don't ever take off the mask during the field, most of the players got bed injuries because of taking off the mask during the field.

don't get confused paintball masks are not that hard to wear they come with proper ventilations comfort foams and ear pads to wear comfortably even in harshest conditions.

2. Use a marker by following the field rules.

Indeed a paintball marker is the most important piece of equipment to play paintball. Many players are excited to collect high-end paintball guns to skyrocket their excitement, but you have to follow the following rules.

• Use a marker with less than 300 FPS
• don't use the marker out of the field.
• always cover your marker with a barrel plug whenever you are not playing.
• don't shoot your opponent whenever he/she surrender.

3. Wear safety equipment 

The following are the most important safety equipment for paintball.

• Knee and elbow pads to cover your elbow and knees.
• Paintball shoes that can work perfectly even in harsh and moist conditions.
•  Padded armors to protect the chest.

4. Wear clothes in layers  

Always wear your clothes in layers to slow down the intensity of paintballs.

Moreover, wear a full sleeves sweatshirt with thick trousers to further low down the power of paintballs.

5. Always respect referees.

the sole purpose o refries is to protect you from cheating and injuries, please don't mess with them if they found you are going wrong they have the right to tell you.
